I am about to give you a simple NLP technique that can be used on its own. However, this technique can also be used during a self hypnosis trance to supercharge your efforts. It’s very powerful and will reprogram your mind for success. Anyone who has used this approach has received immense benifit and witnessed amazing changes occurring in their lives!
1. Decide on a something you would like to have, be or do.
2. Imagine having, doing or being that very thing in this moment right now. Take note of how you view that scene in your mind. Is it large or small? Is it colour or black and white? Is it to the left, middle or right? Is it life-size and clear? Or is it small and hazy?
3. Now, think of something that you do well and know you are already great at – it doesn’t matter what it is just as long as you feel that you are good at it. How do you see that picture in your mind’s eye? Is it large or small? Is it colour or black and white? Is it to the left, middle or right? Is it life-size and clear? Or is it small and hazy?
4. See how these two images differ. Note how they appear in your mind differently from each other.
5. Now I want you to take the visualized image you created of the thing that you want to happen and make it identical in shape, colour, contrast, clarity, size and position as the image of the thing you do well.
6. Visualize this scene in the same way everyday for 30 days and you will retrain your mind. Every time you think of your goal or desire ensure the picture you have in your head is displayed in the same way as a picture of something you are good at. This forces your subconscious mind to reprogram any negative thought patterns that are contrary to your desire.
Your mind thinks is very specific ways and although the above exercise may seem very simple to you it is extremely powerful and if you take the time to do it and ensure you think of your desires is this way in future you will ensure your success.

All the while you tell yourself that it’s okay because this is the last time. You’re only going to do it once more and then you’ll quit. After all, it’s always easier to quit tomorrow than it is today.
If you have a bad habit you know this scenario all too well. It seems like it ought to be easy. We all have free will right? Just stop. If only it were that easy.
You see, our habits aren’t really controlled by our conscious mind. The powerful and compelling emotions and cravings that drive us toward our bad behavior come from our subconscious mind.

The easiest way to perform self hypnosis is to record your session and play it back to yourself. This means that you can drift into trance without the worry of forgetting your words or any of the other distractions that can cause.
In fact, listening to your own voice as the hypnotist can be one of the most effective forms of hypnosis. After all, you’ve been listening to your own voice for years, so you’re able to cope with your accent and understand what you’re saying to yourself in the script you’re reading.
Find or buy a hypnosis script that you’re comfortable with. You can find plenty of these online for free or cheap and there are hypnosis scripts for near enough every situation you can think of.
The microphone that comes with your laptop or webcam may be sufficient. Experiment and find out. If not, you can get good quality microphones for a handful of dollars from places like eBay or Amazon.
You may want some background music as well to help with the hypnotic experience. If the recording is purely for your own use, you should be able to choose near enough any track from your collection. If you plan on selling the track to others, however, then you will need to use a royalty free track. Again, these can be picked up easily online.
Finally, you will want to mix the music background and your reading of the script together. Whilst Windows does come with some recording software, it’s not particularly good at doing this kind of thing. Instead, search for an audio program called Audacity. It’s available free and is the one of best recording software programs I’ve come across. Use it to mix your final track before you burn it to CD or copy it to your iPod.

Though a subject put under hypnosis appears to assume the features of somebody asleep, they are truly extremely aware. Hypnosis is astonishingly tricky to explain, as nobody actually knows what is going on inside the mind of a subject under hypnosis. What we do know is that whilst in hypnosis the subject becomes very suggestible. A subject’s attention, while they are going into trance state, is narrowed down steadily. Firstly, the sense of sight is lost as the hypnotic subject is required to close their eyes. After a while it is not unusual for the subject to lose entire responsiveness of their body. Although one by one the senses are gently slipping away, one sense is greatly enhanced by the process of induction. This is the sense of hearing. A hypnotized subject can regularly hear remote sounds that they would not be able to hear in the normal waking state. This, evidently, means that throughout the whole process the subject is able to hear all that the hypnotist may utter. When you begin inducing hypnosis in people you will often find that after awakening the hypnotic subject, they will consider they could not have been hypnotized as they could still hear your voice. The delusion that they will not be able to hear your voice frequently comes from those persons who believe hypnosis to be the same as sleep.
A person in the hypnosis state is so susceptible to suggestion. One of the reasons for this is that, whilst in the trance, you are only able to concentrate on just one thing at a time. For instance, if I were to tell you that you are a pretty ballerina, you would instantaneously compare this suggestion with what you already know to be valid, and, unless of course you are a ballerina, you would tell me I am talking nonsense. The hypnotised subject however is not able to entertain the thought that they might not be what I have suggested, as their partial focus is taken up by the thought that they are essentially a delicate ballerina. The outcome, as desired, ends in the hypnotic subject leaping to their feet to perform a series of pirouettes across the stage.
The human mind is divided into two extremely distinctive sections. The conscious mind, which is responsible for all our conscious thoughts and decisions, and the subconscious mind, which monitors our autonomous activity. The mind can be best called a computer, the subconscious as the processor and the conscious as the monitor and keyboard. Our subconscious mind is a kind of keeper; it secures our body and helps us to persist.
Even though our subconscious can do manytasks that consciously may be impossible, it also has one exceedingly principal characteristic. Somewhere between our two minds is what we call the critical factor. This is probably best described as a door, at which is a protector. Our subconscious mind will process anything that enters it no matter how uncanny. So, as long as you can push a suggestion through the door it will be complied. This is exactly why hypnosis works. There are few careers that provide conversations as interesting and entertaining as that of a hypnotist. Although I never expected to be involved with anything related to breast enhancement using hypnosis, I have learned a lot about the subject since starting my practice in 1980.
My work has involved hundreds of individuals who wanted to make changes in their lives. Even though I have worked with businesses in several fields as a trainer and coach, I chose to specialize in weight loss due to my concern for health, especially women’s health in honor of my mother. Whenever I’m near a conversation about weight loss or dieting I have to remind myself to keep it brief” because I tend to talk for hours once I start.
The most often asked question I encounter the word hypnotist is mentioned is, Can I be hypnotized?” After that’s out of the way the conversation usually becomes more personal. This is especially true once I talk about the issues I have worked with over the years.
I still marvel at the response of one client who suffered with a phobia related to driving on expressways and over bridges. Her 3 day cure” provided her with freedom from a debilitating fear that restricted her ability to travel for more than 20 years.
I truly enjoy my calling and the feeling I get when I help a client experience a breakthrough. While I have observed some nearly miraculous changes in behavior I had not observed dramatic physical changes, other than weight loss, until an incident I witnessed about 10 years ago.
This single observation ultimately led to my consideration of working with clients requesting breast enhancement using hypnosis. This unique experience has introduced me to an even deeper understanding of the role the mind plays in our lives.
Let’s begin by clarifying the definition of hypnosis. Once you know more about hypnosis you’ll soon learn it is not what is demonstrated in the movies. The process of trance induction and session experience is much too boring to hold anyone’s attention for the two hours required to watch it unfold in a movie.
Hypnosis can be explained as a state of mind you enter anytime your attention is focused on a narrow frame of reference. Most often we experience this state while watching TV, at the movies, reading a book or listening to an interesting lecture.
Your body’s functions slow down and distractions are minimized and you find yourself feeling very relaxed and comfortable. It is this state that is experienced during a session with a hypnotist. Most people can be hypnotized and often have, even if they were unaware of being entranced.
Depending on a number of circumstances the range of experiences and changes that can be produced through hypnosis is nearly unlimited. Naturally the skill, style and experience of the therapist are vitally important to the successful experience of the client.
What is most important is the client’s motivation to experience the change that is being sought. I have helped highly motivated clients become smoke free in less than 5 days. I have learned not to accept clients with low levels of motivation because their results are never satisfactory.
This is especially important when the concern is breast enhancement using hypnosis. While this has been the presenting request for only a dozen or so clients in my practice, many therapists are receiving more such request every year. In my experience the clients have been the most highly motivated group of any set of clients I’ve encountered.
Let’s look at what is possible through the power of the mind and I’ll use the experience I alluded to earlier. My interest in working with women who were requesting breast enhancement using hypnosis grew out of an observation of a very unusual malady called pseudocyesis.
The situation concerned a cousin of a client who experienced a false pregnancy. It was the first time I had observed such symptomology in an individual. All appearances led everyone who saw this lady to take it for granted she was pregnant. Even she believed she was pregnant.
She had not been pregnant before and was not married at the time. Additionally, because she felt no pain or discomfort she did not see a doctor until late in her 9th month. Upon completion of a thorough examination the doctor revealed she had indeed experienced a false pregnancy.
The medical name, pseudocyesis, is applied to this condition. While there are many varied explanations, there are few that have been accepted generally. Most often the theory speaks of emotional conflicts or an intense desire of the individual to be pregnant.
It is held that the intensity of the individual’s desire triggers functions and reactions in the endocrine system, which could explain some of the symptoms, e.g. enlarged breast, morning sickness, etc.
The mix of theories includes wish fulfillment, which basically postulates, if a woman wants to be pregnant with a strong enough focus of thought and emotional energy, changes in her body can be manifested. At that point biological modifications affecting weight gain and realignment of fatty tissue are the outcome.
It is this observation and my research on pseudocyesis, combined on my own experience and understanding of how the mind works that led me to consider a new challenge. At that point I began to accept clients interested in breast enhancement using hypnosis.
There is vast information available on the natural options for breast enhancement. I am confident there is a match for every individual and hypnosis is a proven and viable options for many, however many other options have value. I prefer to introduce the process of breast enhancement using hypnosis because it has a good track record and works best with individuals who are highly motivated about the expected results.
Naturally surgical approaches are demonstrated over the airwaves but the results, while dramatic, are not without cautions. Definitely, surgery is quicker and easier as a process for enhancing breast size, however one must definitely consider the side effects.
If a two to three and a half cup size enhancement is adequate, hypnosis is the safest option available. I recommend and encourage consideration of dietary and herbal options as well.
For instance, it has been documented, and references are easily found online, that identify so called “breast foods” that can help the body’s response to enhancing the size of the breast.
Estrogen impacts breast tissue and the role of estrogen during puberty is well documented. Certain vitamin supplements are promoted as being effective and combined with selected foods one can realize measurable results.
Here’s what I coach prospective clients to do when considering breast enhancement.
Take a break from listening to well meaning friends, especially those who like to spread the latest hot topic around like it’s the gospel truth.
Use your owe resources e.g., reliable top shelf magazines across the board to get a balanced perspective of the options. Through the simple task of attaching suggestions to statements and yes sets you will successfully absorb attention, bypass critical thinking, solicit an unconscious response and use that response toward a specified outcome.
In the piggy back hypnotic induction you will do this mainly through making verifiably true statements about direct experiences. These will use sensory words like feel, notice, see and hear. You will use these words in a way the redirects awareness by way of taking control of their attention.
Let’s take a look at a step by step guided way to use the powerful piggy back hypnotic induction. To begin this induction you will first start your session out with making verifiably true statements. These statements should contain words like notice, feel, see or hear.
You can use taste and smell but they are more difficult to work into a conversation where you are really having that experience. You will usually be using the sensations that are associated with hearing, seeing and feeling.

Conjunctions that you would use are words such as while, and, because or that means. After adding the conjunction you will simply add a word like relax, grow heavy or breathe.
When you use this induction you find it easier to accomplish the induction if you use your hypnotic language that you have been learning through out your training. In this induction all the other things you have learned are still going to be very useful, especially the language skills.
By the end of step two you have made your four or five sensory rich true statements and have added a suggestion to the end of them by way of using a simple conjunction. In doing this you have started a process of relaxation for your subject.
The next step will be to repeat the first two steps over again. In this step you need to be sure to keep your statements again a completely verifiably true about physical aspects of your listener. Then you will again attach a relaxing suggestion to the end by way of conjunction.
Each time you do this you will take the suggestion just one step further into whatever state of relaxation you used in the original set of statements. Using your hypnotic language you will continue to add to these suggestions throughout the induction.
The final step in the piggy back hypnotic induction will be to continue your statements each time making them less true. By this step you will have been creating a very strong and powerful yes set. You will make your verifiably true statements less true and your attached suggestion in a way that they will stand on their own.
Eventually as you progress through the continuous loop that is this induction you will be making only stand alone statement for your listener to take in and actualize.
Now that you know how to take your listener through the entire piggy back hypnotic induction there is one more concept to keep yourself aware of. That is that in this induction you have the option of making it a very direct or indirect type of induction.
When you use this induction as a very direct induction the suggestions you attach to the true statements will use terms that are directly related to hypnosis or going into trance. These will be words like hypnosis and trance; you will use them frequently and liberally within the induction.
To create a less direct induction you will use all the same steps only you will utilize more indirect trance themes. You have read about these before and they will be words like relax, imagine, go within or to make comfortable. There are many other examples and strings of words that you can create for yourself and use in this indirect way of performing the induction.
When you apply the indirect way of using the piggy back hypnotic induction you will be able to conduct the induction without ever really directly stating what it is you are doing, and all the principals will still be there.
Choosing to use the direct or indirect area of this induction will largely depend on the person you are working with and what you would like to accomplish. Either way will work and accomplish the goal you have in mind when it is done correctly.
